I know that this blog is about health and fitness but we just did our first Tunbridge Wells Taekwon-Do grading and the Tigers were so amazing that I wanted to post it here.
The 3-6 year olds showed off their stranger danger skills as well as blocks, punches, jumping techniques and multiple kicks on the pads. They then finished the grading by showing all the Korean terminology that they had learnt. All 6 students taking part passed the exam and were awarded with their stranger danger badge and the yellow stripe for their belt.
