Actuate PT offers a range of targeted fitness services, all of which include a free half hour initial consultation. This consultation is used to define your goal(s) – as this is what will motivate you to succeed.

Whether you are looking to improve your triathlon time, lose some body fat, get in shape for a fun run, lose weight for a wedding, improve your bone density to offset osteoarthritis, reduce your chance of heart disease or simply take up a sport, Actuate PT will give you the results you want.

1-2-1 personal training: Regular supervised sessions based on a personalised, goal-oriented training programme. Training sessions will take place wherever is most convenient – at the gym, at your home or outdoors. Regular reviews ensure that training remains fresh and that you continue to move towards your targets.

Half hour 1-2-1 sessions: Shorter sessions are very effective for motivated individuals who can warm up and stretch on their own. This makes the session ideal for a specific intense session like a metabolic fat burning circuit or strength session.

Small groups: Actuate PT is happy to accommodate small groups if you prefer to train with one or more friends. It is best if the group is no bigger than four people – get in touch to see what can be arranged.

Personal programme: If work gets in the way of training or you can only train out of town then an personal programme might be best. Following an initial consultation Actuate PT will design a four-week programme for you to do on your own, following which we will have a review meeting to evaluate progress.
